And the Oscar Goes To… Excellence in Action at the “Good, Better, the Best Car Mechanic” Meeting in France!

Published by admin on

During the second transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project “Good, Better, the Best Car Mechanic”, held in France at the prestigious GARAC PM automotive school, there was a surprise moment of celebration—and even a touch of Hollywood flair!

As the project moves forward in developing a smart e-platform for car mechanic skills competitions, much of the hard work happens behind the scenes: researching, writing, and compiling tens (65 for each team) of theory tasks. But two partner teams went above and beyond—and their efforts didn’t go unnoticed.

🏆 Tartu Rakenduslik Kolledž (Estonia) and 🏆 Integrovaná střední škola automobilní Brno (Czechia) were awarded with symbolic Oscar statues in recognition of their outstanding work. These teams successfully completed all of their assigned theoretical tasks—on time, with great attention to quality.

These awards weren’t just for fun (though they brought lots of smiles!). They also served as a reminder of what collaboration, productivity, and good timing can achieve in an international project. Both teams have become role models for their peers across the partnership—demonstrating how focus and teamwork lead to real progress.

From Estonia to Czechia and beyond, it’s clear: the stars of vocational education aren’t just in classrooms—they’re building the future of learning, one task at a time.

🎬 Cue the applause—and stay tuned for more updates from this inspiring Erasmus+ journey!
