AGREEMENT
On non-disclosure and use of confidential information for educational purposes only
- Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The subject of this Agreement is to ensure the protection of confidential information provided by BESTCARMECHANIC.EU to the Receiving Party solely for the purposes of training and preparation for the car-swords competition (hereinafter referred to as “Training Purposes”).
1.2. Confidential information means any data (technical, personal data, presentation materials, program code, and images and etc.) transferred to the Receiving Party orally, in writing, or electronically.
- Obligations of the Receiving Party
The Receiving Party undertakes to:
2.1. Correctly indicate its first and last name, as well as its educational institution. Use the received confidential information solely for educational purposes. Use of the information for direct or indirect gain, or for personal gain, is prohibited.
2.2. Not to disclose confidential information to third parties without the prior written consent of BESTCARMECHANIC.EU (the Disclosing Party).
2.3. No Copying: Do not copy, photograph, scan, or upload materials containing confidential information to external media or cloud storage, except as expressly permitted by the Disclosing Party.
2.4. Do not use the received information to train AI models or machine learning algorithms.
2.5. Upon completion of training or at the first request of BESTCARMECHANIC.EU (the Disclosing Party), return or destroy all received materials.
- Exceptions
3.1. Information that is publicly available, received from third parties without confidentiality obligations, or became known to the Receiving Party prior to the signing of this Agreement is not considered confidential.
- Liability
4.1. In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the Receiving Party shall be liable in accordance with applicable EU law (including disciplinary, civil, administrative, or criminal liability).
4.2. The Receiving Party undertakes to indemnify the Disclosing Party for any losses incurred as a result of the disclosure of confidential information.
- Term
5.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon signing and shall be valid for 5 years after completion of training.
